CSA Member Pick-up Guidelines

1.        Please review the charts below for your pick-up site.   Note the special instructions on where to find your
boxes, and the pick-up time.   The times are not all 4-7PM, as we need time to travel the route.

2.        Take any box, they are all the same. Starting the second week, please return the box from the previous
week, and so on through the season.   You can keep the last box of the season.

3.        Please return your box as you received it - do not break it down.

4.        Check your name off of the list provided at the site.

5.        For first time members, pick up your cookbook “From Asparagus to Zucchini”.   We do have a few extras for
$15 each. Just let us know, and we will drop off at the site.

6.        If you are splitting a share, please do so away from the pick-up site.

7.        Please be on time within your pick-up “window”.   This is extremely important as a courtesy to our pick-up
site hosts.   If you cannot pick-up your box, please have a substitute do so, and instruct them with these
guidelines, including checking off the correct name.   You do NOT need to let us (or the host) know if you are
using a substitute.

8.        IF YOU DO NOT PICK UP YOUR BOX BY THE DEADLINE IT WILL BE TAKEN SOMEWHERE WHERE IT
WILL BE USED.   However, if you will be a few minutes late, please call the host beforehand, and let them know.
For Harvest Moon, do not call, store closes at 9PM and boxes will not be kept.

9.        We have designed the delivery route with contingency, but not excessive, as we want to get the produce to
you as fresh as possible.   We do not anticipate delays.   However, if we do experience a delay, we will call the
host and let them know our schedule.

10.        Vacation:  If you will be gone on vacation or another absence, and will not use a substitute, please call us
at Cramer Organics 763 972-6647 or e-mail at racramermn@yahoo.com.   We will not deliver your box and will
check-off your name.

11.        For any other questions or concerns, please give us a call or e-mail.

12.        We hope you have a wonderful “culinary” experience, enjoying the fresh, seasonal produce of Minnesota.

Don't exceed the feed limit

What is a CSA?

Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) is a partnership
between a farm and a local community of supporters, providing a
direct link between the production and consumption of food.

CSA members cover the farm’s operating costs by purchasing a
share of the season’s harvest.  This provides members with a
healthy supply of locally grown, seasonal fresh produce
throughout the growing season.

In return, the farm receives more insurance against risks of bad
weather or a drop in market prices
